art project - keith
I’m always seeking artistic inspiration. My last art series was a collaborative piece proposed by a friend of mine, Keith Malone. In short, the idea was to create drawings based on my impressions of text messages sent from Keith to his girlfriend. We wanted to record specific moments in time. These days its so easy to forget all the little/special correspondences we have with one another. Most of us are engrossed in communication stimulus and too often we forget to embrace the meaning of what is being said. The drawings were bound as a book and given to Bess as a birthday present. Keith doesn’t know this yet, but I want to elaborate on this concept. Be on the look out for phase 2 of this project…
